[ANNOUNCEMENT] MYHottest2PM Surprise Event for 2PM

Put your hands up if you're ready for 2PM in Malaysia! Remember about our 3rd Project which is a surprise project of 2PM? It's basically going to take place towards the end of the concert during the ending of their 'Thank You' performance.

In case you don't know, Thank You is a song that is specially dedicated for Hottest by 2PM and brings a special meaning. We'd like to leave an impact during this special song by showing a special gesture!

At the end of Thank You, the audience (that's all of us!) will blow bubbles in the air and we will have floating bubbles filling up the stadium!^^. We believe it will leave an impact for 2PM by showing how awesome Malaysian fans are with this memorable surprise event.

As this is a large-scale project, we need your help to make this successful and memorable! in order to do so, please be reminded of the following instructions:

1. When they are singing Thank You, there will be confetti throughout the song. The exact point that we will start blowing bubbles is at the very end of the song. *Cue: the last adlib line of Thank You is Junsu's "Oh...baby" this is when we can start blowing the bubbles*

2. We will be distributing a total of 1000 bottles of bubble water bottles to some of the audience in various sections. Do NOT bring your own bubble water, the security will not allow you to bring it in.
*The bottles will be given out randomly inside the venue and priority is given to those who are at the front part of every section (Rockpit / VVIP / VIP / Free Seating)

3. Please note that you are to blow the bubbles ONLY during the exact point stated above. Not to be used at any other time before that.

4. No littering. Please keep clean and avoid from getting the bubble water spilled out. The water is soapy and might cause the floor to be slippery.

5. This surprise event is approved by JYPE themselves and they have given the trust for us to deliver this project well. Let's show our support and please follow the rules accordingly!

REMARKS
- For concert tickets: Tickets are to be collected by ONLY the owner of the tickets (who sent it the order with us). No collection of concert tickets on behalf of the owners.

- For fanpacks & T-shirt and Lightsticks: Collection on behalf of other people is allowed. However, we won't be responsible for any damage or loss after collection have been made.


ii) For those who opted for Postage

T-shirts & Lighsticks
- Due to some problems, some of the parcels have been returned back to us and did not reach the buyers. It is a bit too late to post out the items right now, especially to those who are planning to use it on the concert day.
- Please come and pick up your stuff from us on the concert day (refer notes above on pickup method) and we will return your postage fee. We're really sorry for the inconvenience.

We’re proud to announce our projects collaboration with 2ONEDAY.com for 2PM Hands Up Tour In Malaysia!

Project #1: Giant Card for 2PM

We’re making a giant card for the boys packed with our love~! It would be about 6ft by 4ft, which is about 4/5 of Taec's height ;D (just kidding lol). We hope to convey ALL of our Hottest love and support for 2PM with this super-huge greeting card.

The card will be available on the concert day for all Hottest to sign and write your message to 2PM. So come and find us when you reach Stadium Negara!

For this project we need an estimated amount of RM600 of donations for the printing cost of this life-sized card, so help this project come to life!

* We would like to say thanks to TripleS Malaysia, by helping us on this since the Giant Card idea was originally theirs. ^^

Project #2: Welcome Banner

We’re making a banner to welcome them to Malaysia! We’ll be bringing it to the airport (hopefully) and will be hanging it at the concert venue and if we get permission, inside too :) It will be 8ft by 4ft in full colour.

*We are currently working on the design for both Project #1 and #2. Do watch this MYH2PM - 2ONEDAY Collaboration Projects thread in our forum for updates. ^^

Project #3: Surprise Project

For those who still haven't collected 1:59PM CDs that you have pre-ordered from us, please note that the CD can only be collected personally. Meaning, the CDs won't be shipped out because there is a free poster that comes together with each CD (you wouldn't want the poster to be ruined, right?)

Therefore as agreed by Regina, the CD collections will be done during meet-ups and gatherings. We will try to arrange small meet-ups for CD collections.

UPDATES: - Besides 2PM photocards, we will be also selling 2PM POCKET CALENDARS! a set of 10! and yes, all earnings of the photocards, photo calendars, and tshirts selling at our booth will be 100% donated to the fund. :) - There will be another booth by The Street Cafe selling Korean snacks, tidbits and can drinks, 10% of the earnings will be donated to our fund :) - Another booth by MY STAR merchandise shop will have a booth and will be selling KPOP Idols merchandise, part of the earnings will be donated to the fund as well :)

We decided to donate our fund that will collect during 1:59 Charity Show next week to Haiti victims through UNICEF Malaysia. Of cos, we'll still donate our fund to House of Joy with our future projects, but for now, we'll prior to Haiti victims, they're in crisis period.

IMPORTANT:
TO THOSE WHO PRE-ORDERED MYHOTTEST TSHIRTS, PLEASE COME AT 5.30PM TO COLLECT YOUR TSHIRTS.

TO THOSE WHO PREORDERED MYHOTTESTS TSHIRTS AND PAID FOR THE POSTAGE, BUT WANTED TO COLLECT ON THAT DAY, PLEASE EMAIL US YOUR USERNAME TO MYHOTTEST2PM@GMAIL.COM.

Besides that, we will be selling MYHOTTEST Tshirts and 2PM photocards a set of 4 photocards at our merchandise booth. Limited and first come first served. All earnings will goes to our charity fund. :)

[LOVE AT 2PM PROJECT] #2: 1:59 Charity Show

We, Malaysia fans club of 2PM (a rising 7-members Korean K-POP group) is launching a charity fund titled “Love at 2PM”. Our second project for this fund after T-shirt selling is a charity show titled as "1:59 Charity Show" will be hold on 30th January 2010, supported and venue sponsored by Korea Plaza (Korean Tourism Organization), time to be confirm soon.

This charity show aim to raise fund for “House of Joy” - a social concern and a non-profit charitable home for the under-privileged ones. The concert will have performances by our club members, also special performances by other Hallyu Fans Club (KPOP fans club) and invited guests. We estimate there will be approximately 200-250 people attending this concert including medias and fans.

It will be a 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours show, performances by our own MYHottests, members of other fans club, and etc, to raise fund for House of Joy (http://www.joy.org.my/hojenglish/aboutus.html)

Please note that we will also send a copy of our posters and event report to 2PM/JYP Entertainment, Korean medias and international KPOP online medias.

This is a non-profit project, so we have to make sure that everything is low-budget and we definitely need sponsors to make this project successful.

We need sponsorship for below items:

- Vouchers/ products for our lucky draw prizes or,
- food catering for 50-100 pax or,
- merchandises as a give-out to our guests or,
- event flyers/banners printing or,
- direct cash sponsorship for our event preparation cost like decorations etc or,
- direct cash sponsorship to our fund.

In addition to the vast recognition to the sponsors/sponsor's company, we will attach their company logo on our event posters , banners, tickets, flyers; and also make sure all our event guests will receive their company name cards/promotion flyers.

We're here with our second meeting! Yes, yes, time is running, we need to meet up and finish the stuff! Anyway, here's the details for our meeting tomorrow, anyone who can join us, do text me!

Date: 26th September 2009 Saturday
Time: 11AM - 2PM (or maybe later like 3PM, depends)
Venue: KLCC Food Court

What do you have to bring:
- A4 size letters for Jay and 2PM, up to you to decorate and write encouraging messages for them. Bring as many as u can write/decorate.
- Any gifts/cards that you want to send to Jay and 2PM.
- Scissors and glue, and if possible print some 2PM's photos.

What are we going to do:
- Collect everyone's letters
- Sign petitions
- Do at least 2 placards/banner for Jay and 2PM and took a photo outside KLCC Twin Tower

After JYP releases the statement yesterday, we received some emails asking us if today's meeting will still be carry on? Oh dear, definitely YES!

We will never stop doing our projects, until Jay come back! 2PM and Jay need our supports now! They really need us to give them more confidence!

Anyway, to those who still want to join us, come drop by at Korea Plaza, Menara Hap Seng at 2PM later. We're going to do some stuff to be send to Jay, JYPE and also 2PM! :-)

Side note, I will meet some Hottests at Monorail Raja Chulan at 1.30PM and we will walk to Korea Plaza from there, so anyone who wanna meet us there can simply just text me - 0166117971.

Dear all MYHottests,

Finally I'm here to update you guys about our chosen venue and date for the meeting!
Most of you guys vote for KL area on Friday afternoon, so our after some discussion, our final decisions are:

Date: 18th Septemeber 2009 (Friday)
Time: 2PM - 4PM (may end earlier or later)
Venue: Korea Plaza, Menara Hap Seng

p/s: As what I've been told, the nearest Monorail stop to Menara Hap Seng is Jalan Chulan Station. Just walk down towards Ruums/Nuovo, Menara Hap Seng is the white building behind Mercedez Benz + Smart cars dealership, across the road to Ruums/Nuovo.


For those who cannot make it to this meeting but really want to help out, yes you can! Send me yours and your friend's photos for the UCC photos project, we need it for the videos! And also email me your petition for the petition booklet! And we actually need donators to fund us for our projects and the newspaper ads project, email me for further details.

For those who can make it but hesitating because you're coming alone, don't worry, please come, I might go alone too, we got each other! :D

And, for those who are coming, please email me and let me know how many of you and your friends are coming, so I shall estimate and prepare the petitions, boards & stuff.

Things to bring/to do for those who are joining:

• colour pencils/markers/glue/scissors
• any other decorative tools you can bring
• 2PM posters, photos, CDs/albums or any related stuff to 2PM
  
• whatever words/messages/things you want to say and show Jay and 2PM, cos don't forget we will record some videos!
• wear BLACK on that day, unify colour, BLACK! :)
  

Please print some Jay/2PM photos to decorate our boards! I will print as much photos as I can too. And guys, do suggest to me what we can do other than these, your ideas are most welcome!

So, anyone who want and confirm can join, please email us your name and HP number to myhottest2pm@gmail.com ASAP, because I need to prepare the boards and print petition forms and stuff. You're allow to bring friends, just tell me the total number of Hottests attending! :)

Dear all Hottests,

MY Hottest 2PM is 2PM's, a seven-member boy band from Seoul, South Korea, Malaysia fans club. 2PM's fans are called as HOTTEST, and therefore as a Malaysia Hottests, we called ourselves as MYHOTTESTS. :)

MY Hottest 2PM founded on September 12th, 2009 when our admin thinks that Malaysia Hottests are not united enough, hence think that we need to gather everyone in order to create a stronger 2PM fan base in Malaysia.

On the 4th day after we release the announcement of this club, there are more than 80 MYHottests contacted us, and we believe there will be more after this club been introduced to more local Hottests!

So to all MY Hottests, come on and join us now, we need to create a stronger base so that one day 2PM can come to Malaysia and perform too!
